Obligation to Accept Delivery: Selecting "Cash on Delivery" constitutes a transaction agreement reached between you and this site based on the principle of good faith. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you have a legal obligation to pay the full amount in cash and sign for the parcel upon delivery by the courier.
Liability for Breach (Handling of Malicious Refusal): If an order has been confirmed by you prior to shipment but you refuse to accept delivery without a valid reason (such as product damage or incorrect shipment) upon arrival—resulting in the parcel being returned—this site reserves the right to add your name, phone number, and delivery address to the fraud blacklist shared across our European partner network. Furthermore, we reserve the right to seek civil compensation for the round-trip shipping costs and warehousing losses incurred by this site due to such malicious refusal.
3. Product Pricing, Currency, and Tax Information
